Details: While in Miami for Urban Beach Week, Storey and Wizards teammate Gilbert Arenas attracted the attention of police after Storey was spotted walking in the middle of a busy street.  When Storey refused to get out of the street, officers began to arrest him for disobeying police. At this point, Arenas showed up and tried to intervene, and was arrested for the same charge.

Details: The late Eddie Griffin received his fourth and final nba arrest in 2006, about a year and a half before his drunk-driving death.  After crashing his SUV into a parked car he was charged only with inattentive driving.  A few months later, however, a surveillance video surfaced of him professing his drunkenness following the crash.  In addition,  a lawsuit later was filed against Griffin alleging he was not only drunk but masturbating to a pornographic DVD while driving, causing the accident.

Details: Celtics rookie Orien Greene was pulled over by police after being clocked driving at a whopping 90 mph on a city street.  After a brief pursuit he was arrested and charged.

Age 30

Details: Nailon’s third career arrest came after a long and violent confrontation in his home. Following an argument, Nailon threw a picture frame at his wife and elbowed her in the face.  Then, as his wife ran for the front door to scream for help her husband grabbed her around the neck and carried her to the bedroom, where he threw her on the bed. A few minutes later she called police.

Details: While picking up his stolen vehicle from a police impound lot, Miller was arrested for an outstanding warrant stemming from an unpaid traffic ticket.  Miller was also accused of failing to provide proof of insurance and for having ‘fictitious’ license plates.

Details: Simmons allegedly punched and fondled a woman in his car after offering her a ride home from a Milwaukee nightclub at 2am.  He was arrested for assault but the case was ultimately dismissed four months later after investigators found conflicting accounts of the incident.

Charge: Driving under the influence

Details: Police pulled over Lewis in his BMW at 3am after he was driving one of five cars that were speeding together at speeds of up to 84 mph.  Once stopped Lewis was found to have watery eyes and slurred speech.  He subsequently failed a field sobriety test and blew a .132 and .122 on successive breath tests, above the .08 legal limit in Washington.

Details: Henderson was arrested after attempting to board a flight at JFK International Airport with a loaded 9mm pistol inside of his suitcase.  He admitted to not having a permit or license to carry in the state of New York and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
