A few months later, however, a surveillance video surfaced of him professing his drunkenness following the crash. In addition, a lawsuit later was filed against Griffin alleging he was not only drunk but masturbating to a pornographic DVD while driving, causing the accident.

Details: Nailon’s third career arrest came after a long and violent confrontation in his home. Following an argument, Nailon threw a picture frame at his wife and elbowed her in the face. Then, as his wife ran for the front door to scream for help her husband grabbed her around the neck and carried her to the bedroom, where he threw her on the bed. A few minutes later she called police.

Details: Police pulled over Lewis in his BMW at 3am after he was driving one of five cars that were speeding together at speeds of up to 84 mph. Once stopped Lewis was found to have watery eyes and slurred speech. He subsequently failed a field sobriety test and blew a .132 and .122 on successive breath tests, above the .08 legal limit in Washington.

Details: Henderson was arrested after attempting to board a flight at JFK International Airport with a loaded 9mm pistol inside of his suitcase. He admitted to not having a permit or license to carry in the state of New York and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
