Details: While at an Indianapolis strip club, Jackson and several Pacer teammates got into an altercation with another patron. Police arrived and arrested Jackson for several charges, including criminal recklessness.

Details: Baxter was arrested after firing a handgun out of his vehicle at 2:30am less than two blocks from the White House in Washington, DC. Secret Service stopped his vehicle and found spent shell casings in plain view inside.

Details: Police were called to a Miami Beach hotel after Davis refused to leave the premises after repeated requests. Upon arriving, Davis went outside with officers where he threatened to assault them if they would remove their guns and badges. Davis then balled his fists and began walking toward officers in an aggressive manner, and was warned that he would be hit with a Taser gun if he continued. He didn’t stop, and an officer used the stun gun to hit Davis in the chest and he fell to the ground. He was taken into custody and charged with assault, assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.

Details: The late Eddie Griffin received his fourth and final nba arrest in 2006, about a year and a half before his drunk-driving death. After crashing his SUV into a parked car he was charged only with inattentive driving. A few months later, however, a surveillance video surfaced of him professing his drunkenness following the crash. In addition, a lawsuit later was filed against Griffin alleging he was not only drunk but masturbating to a pornographic DVD while driving, causing the accident.

Details: Carter was arrested for drunk driving while playing for the Wolves, blowing a 0.17 after getting pulled over in the early morning hours.
