Charge: Assaulting a police officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest

Details: Police were called to a Miami Beach hotel after Davis refused to leave the premises after repeated requests.  Upon arriving, Davis went outside with officers where he threatened to assault them if they would remove their guns and badges.  Davis then balled his fists and began walking toward officers in an aggressive manner, and was warned that he would be hit with a Taser gun if he continued. He didn’t stop, and an officer used the stun gun to hit Davis in the chest and he fell to the ground. He was taken into custody and charged with assault, assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.

Details: Nailon’s third career arrest came after a long and violent confrontation in his home. Following an argument, Nailon threw a picture frame at his wife and elbowed her in the face.  Then, as his wife ran for the front door to scream for help her husband grabbed her around the neck and carried her to the bedroom, where he threw her on the bed. A few minutes later she called police.

Details: Simmons allegedly punched and fondled a woman in his car after offering her a ride home from a Milwaukee nightclub at 2am.  He was arrested for assault but the case was ultimately dismissed four months later after investigators found conflicting accounts of the incident.

Detail: Griffin was charged with fighting with a woman who says he beat her and fired a gun in her direction. The victim accused Griffin of hitting her three times in the face and shooting at her as she drove away from his home in a gated community in southwest Houston.

Details: Stackhouse was arrested for assault at a North Carolina beach home he was renting after he allegedly grabbed the female property manager.  They were arguing over the terms of the lease agreement and he reached for the contract but accidentally grabbed her arm.  She felt threatened and called police.
