Details: Randolph was arrested shortly before midnight after police stopped the car he was driving because it matched the description of an SUV being used by gang members. Police said Randolph’s blood alcohol content was less than half the state’s legal limit of .08 percent, however the legal drinking age in Indiana is 21. This was the first of four career arrests for Randolph, all involving drugs or alcohol.
Olowokandi, Michael

Details: Olowokandi returned to his Manhattan Beach home with his brother and girlfriend, where he encountered an ex-girlfriend and an argument ensued. He had a skirmish with the woman and she suffered bumps and scratches. He also allegedly took her watch and earrings and held her for a short period of time before letting her leave.

Details: Wells, along with Blazers teammate Erick Barkley, were arrested after refusing to leave the scene of a brawl outside of a nightclub. When police arrived, they shouted profanities at officers until arrested for criminal trespass.

Polynice, Olden

Details: For the third time in less than a year, Polynice was arrested in Utah. Unlike the prior two arrests, this one was not for impersonating an officer. While golfing, Polynice was accidentally hit in the arm with a golf ball by another golfer. He then apparently attacked the golfer, punching him in the face and spitting on him. This was the fifth arrest of Polynice’s pro career, and third for assault.
Lenard, Voshon
Charge: Reckless endangerment and illegal use of firearm

Age 27
Details: While with the Nuggets, Lenard was arrested after police were called by a startled neighbor who saw him firing a handgun in the air near her backyard of her suburban area. It turns out Lenard was trying to scare deer out of his yard, but was charged with reckless endangerment and the illegal use of a firearm.
Polynice, Olden
Charge: Impersonating a police officer and disorderly conduct

Details: For the second time in less than two months, Polynice was arrested in Utah for flashing his honorary LAPD police badge at a fellow motorist and pretending to be an officer. This arrest stemmed from an incident in September, when Polynice forced the other driver to stop after getting flipped off, and told the motorist that he was “with the California Sheriff’s Office and I can have you arrested.”

Details: After being cut off in traffic in Salt Lake, Polynice followed the motorists to their home and confronted them, flashing an honorary police badge he had received from the city of Los Angeles. The motorist took down his license plate number and he was arrested later that day. Less than two months later he would be arrested again for the same offense from an incident that occurred in September.
Walker, Samaki
Charge: Reckless driving, fleeing an officer, and driving with an expired license

Age 24
Details: Walker was spotted in Ohio speeding on his motorcycle, and when officers signaled for him to pull over he fled, accelerating to 100mph. He finally pulled over only after a police helicopter shined a spotlight on him. He was charged with reckless driving, fleeing an officer, and driving with an expired license.
Mason, Anthony
Charge: Inciting a riot, battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest
Arrest Date: July 3, 2000
Franchise: New Orleans Pelicans
Age 33
Details: While in the New Orleans French Quarter, a group of men including Mason was seen in an argument over women in the street with another group. Officers attempted to separate the groups when Mason allegedly hit one of the officers and began rallying the crowd. He was then pepper sprayed and fled into the crowd before eventually being arrested a short time later.
