Details: A little over a week after being drafted by the Hornets and becoming a professional basketball player, Hairston got into an altercation during a pickup game and punched a high-schooler twice in the face. He had previously been arrested once during the summer of 2013 for marijuana possession while a student at the University of North Carolina.

Details: Griffin was arrested following an October 19th incident at a Las Vegas nightclub where he grabbed a cameraman’s hand and slapped him in the face after being upset from the camera’s flash in his face. Teammates Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan were also at the nightclub but were not involved in the incident. This was Griffin’s first career arrest.

Details: After returning home from an evening with his wife, Johnson and his wife got in an argument, at which point he slapped her with an open hand and choked her. He was subsequently arrested for domestic assault.

Details: Police were called to Cunningham’s Minnesota home at 4am where they found his girlfriend with marks consistent with a physical assault, and arrested Cunningham. He allegedly choked her for 15-20 seconds and slammed her against a wall. This was his second arrest since becoming a pro and first in nearly 3 years.

Details: Sullinger turned himself in several days after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend following an argument after she found evidence on his cell phone that he was cheating on her. His girlfriend started packing her bags to leave when Sullinger pushed her onto a bed, pinned her, and tossed her onto the ground before smashing her cell phone.
