Details: Olowokandi returned to his Manhattan Beach home with his brother and girlfriend, where he encountered an ex-girlfriend and an argument ensued.  He had a skirmish with the woman and she suffered bumps and scratches.  He also allegedly took her watch and earrings and held her for a short period of time before letting her leave.

Details: For the third time in less than a year, Polynice was arrested in Utah.  Unlike the prior two arrests, this one was not for impersonating an officer.  While golfing, Polynice was accidentally hit in the arm with a golf ball by another golfer.  He then apparently attacked the golfer, punching him in the face and spitting on him.  This was the fifth arrest of Polynice’s pro career, and third for assault.

Details: As a rookie with the Jazz, Stevenson was arrested after admitting in a taped phone conversation to having consensual sex with a 14 year-old girl in a hotel after a night of drinking.  This came less than a year after getting arrested for taking part in a brawl at a high school on the night he was drafted in the first round by the Utah Jazz.

Details: Patterson was arrested after allegedly attempting to rape the family’s 24 year old nanny inside of his Washington home.  He eventually agreed to a plea deal that resulted in a 15-day jail sentence and him registering as a sex offender.  This was Patterson’s second of three career arrests, all over a three-year span.

Charge: Reckless endangerment and illegal use of firearm

Details: While with the Nuggets, Lenard was arrested after police were called by a startled neighbor who saw him firing a handgun in the air near her backyard of her suburban area.  It turns out Lenard was trying to scare deer out of his yard, but was charged with reckless endangerment and the illegal use of a firearm.

Details: Nesby was arrested following a game against the Indiana Pacers for an arrest warrant issue in 1999 from an incident that occurred way back in 1995. At the time of the incident, Nesby was a student at Vincennes University, where he was arrested for breaking the nose of another student during an argument over the O.J. Simpson verdict.  No information on which position Nesby took on the famous crime.
