Details: In one of the most famous NBA arrest cases, Bryant was arrested on sexual assault charges following claims by a 19-year old in Colorado. She accused him of raping her in a hotel room where she was an employee. Details emerged, and Bryant admitted to cheating on his wife and having sex with her but denied the rape charges. The case was eventually dismissed after the accuser refused to testify following inconsistencies in her story. They did settle a civil case out of court, though terms of that settlement are unknown.

Details: Kwame Brown, the former #1 draft pick, may be considered a bust, but he is an NBA crime all-star. In 2002 he received his first of three career arrests by getting busted for speeding after racing another driver at 120mph through a construction zone. He ultimately lost his license for this infraction, but still managed to get a DUI just over a year later.

Details: Benjamin returned home after a game and got into an argument with his girlfriend when she asked him to buy diapers for their child and he refused. When Benjamin returned home later he found his girlfriend locked in the couple’s bedroom. He broke down the door and grabber her around the throat and slapped her, claiming that since he paid the bills she couldn’t lock any doors against him.
