Details: The Miami Heat forward was arrested after officers found him stopped in his car in the middle of a Miami Beach road talking with other drivers and pedestrians.  Upon exiting the vehicle, he was noticeably drunk and was taken into custody.

Details: Payton, along with Bucks teammates Sam Cassell and Jason Caffey, got into a brawl outside of a Toronto strip-club with several men and women.  All three were eventually arrested for assault.

Details: Following an argument between Hardaway and his girlfriend, she left the house to go sleep in a vehicle outside. Hardaway then allegedly came outside and yelled at her while carrying a gun at his side, putting her in fear for her life.  Charges were ultimately dropped.

Details: Patterson allegedly assaulted his wife Shannon inside of his Oregon home.  She called 911 and officers found evidence of ‘minor assault’ injuries and placed Patterson under arrest.  This was his third violent-crime arrest in less than three years, including the attempted rape of his nanny the previous year.

Details: For the third time in less than a year, Polynice was arrested in Utah.  Unlike the prior two arrests, this one was not for impersonating an officer.  While golfing, Polynice was accidentally hit in the arm with a golf ball by another golfer.  He then apparently attacked the golfer, punching him in the face and spitting on him.  This was the fifth arrest of Polynice’s pro career, and third for assault.

Details: Patterson was arrested after allegedly attempting to rape the family’s 24 year old nanny inside of his Washington home.  He eventually agreed to a plea deal that resulted in a 15-day jail sentence and him registering as a sex offender.  This was Patterson’s second of three career arrests, all over a three-year span.

Details: For the second time in less than two months, Polynice was arrested in Utah for flashing his honorary LAPD police badge at a fellow motorist and pretending to be an officer.  This arrest stemmed from an incident in September, when Polynice forced the other driver to stop after getting flipped off, and told the motorist that he was “with the California Sheriff’s Office and I can have you arrested.”

Details: After being cut off in traffic in Salt Lake, Polynice followed the motorists to their home and confronted them, flashing an honorary police badge he had received from the city of Los Angeles.  The motorist took down his license plate number and he was arrested later that day.  Less than two months later he would be arrested again for the same offense from an incident that occurred in September.
