Details: Lawson was arrested after failing to appear in court following a citation he received during the summer of 2012 for driving under restraint and careless driving.  This arrest only became public following a subsequent domestic disturbance arrest in August of 2013.  Lawson also was arrested for drunk driving in 2008 while attending the University of North Carolina.
